Ace shuttler Saina Nehwal will not be able to attend the International Olympic Committee’s (IOC) Athletes’ Commission meeting scheduled to take place on July 9 in Geneva, her father Harvir Singh said on Wednesday.

Saina won’t be able to attend the meeting because of her very busy schedule. She has training,” Harvir told ‘ANM’ news channel.

The 2012 London Olympics bronze medal winner in women’s singles was inducted into the IOC Athletes’ Commission last year but then also she could not attend the meeting due to the super series tournament in China.
