India Women won this match by 7 wickets with 45 balls to spare.

  1. Indian Women skipper Mithali Raj missed her 8th consecutive ODI 50+ knock for just 4 runs. She already achieves the record of most no.of consecutive 50+ innings in the Women’s ODI, after playing a 50+ knock in her last ODI against England in this ongoing tournament.

 

  1. After scoring a brilliant century, Smriti Mandhana (Indian Women) becomes the third youngest player to score a century in the ICC Women’s World Cup history. Her age was only 20years and 346days when she played this knock. The top two record holder in this are England Women’s Charlotte Edwards (17years and 364days) and Australia Women’s Meg Lanning (20years and 317days)

 

  1. Smriti Mandhana (Indian Women) remained unbeaten on 106 runs. It is the second highest individual score for any Indian Women batsman in the ICC Women’s World Cup history. The record holder is Harmanpreet Kaur with 107* runs innings against England Women at Mumbai (Brabourne Stadium) on 3rd February 2013.

 

  1. Indian women successfully chased down the target of 184 runs (186/3 in 42.3 overs). It is the second highest runs chase by Indian Women in their ICC World Cup history. Their record chase in this list is 193 runs (195/4 in 46 overs) against Pakistan Women at Cuttack on 7th February 2013.
