This appears to be high time for creating records by cricketers, especially youngsters. Only just a few days back, Aditya Gerwal of Rajasthan had scored 263 runs, (not out) in a match followed by another 196 in a consecutive match next day.

But today, the focus is on a 15-year old cricketer Ben McDonald who has delivered a stunning bowling performance while playing for Australian club Williamstown CYMS in a match against Manor Lakes on 18th October 2014 in Australia. Spreading magic in his first spell, he claimed Four wickets and out of four, two wickets were off the last two balls. Another interesting aspect of the story is that his Coach, Creaig McDonalds happens to be his father, and a fellow bowler Adam Mcdonald is his brother.

After the first spell, his Coach decided to give Ben some rest and at that time the opposition team was struggling at 4 for 4. During his second spell, later in the day, this brilliant bowler again captured two in two balls to make it four in a row. Thereafter, he closed out the innings by dismissing the last wicket on the final ball of his fifth over to end up with overall figures of 5-5-0-7!

This has never happened before. This is really amazing as taking 7 wickets without giving away a single run is something which stands him apart. It appears the Australians have a great cricketer in making.
