India have won the second warm of 50 over match by 64 runs  over West Australia XI at WACA, Perth today. It was fine match India as most of the players got a chance of batting before the for the first ODI on January 12 scheduled at this ground. 

But, the biggest set for India is seamer Mohammad Shami’ injury, as a result, he has been ruled out from the entire series. Bhuvneshwar Kumar willy flies for Australia as Shami’s replacement in the ODI series. 

MS Dhoni winning the toss chose to bat first. The start was not good as Shikhar Dhawan and Virat Kohli, the hero of last T20 match, failed to perform. However three good performances from Rohit Sharma, Manish Pandey and Ajinkya Rahane as they scored 67, 58 and 41 respectively. 

With the ball in hand Rishi Dhawan, Ravindra Jadeja, Ravichandran Ashwin and Axar Patel have taken two wickets each while Umesh Yadav and Gurkeerat Singh has taken one wicket each. 

Barinder Sran has gone wicket-less 

For West Australia XI Jaron Morgan scored 50 while Jake Carder scored 45. They finally bowled out for 185.

A Huge setback for India as Mohammad Shami has been ruled out from the series due to the hamstring. Bhuvneshwar Kumar has replaced him. 

In the second warm up 50 over match India have been bowled out for 249. Rohit Sharma scored 67 while Manish Pandey played prolific 58 runs innings. Ajinkya Rahane also scored 41. But India failed to bat for fifty over as Ravichandran Ashwin caught behind off the first ball off the last delivery. West Australia XI now need to chase 250 in 50 overs. Earlier India has won the toss chose to bat first. Indian play their 14 players in the match.
