HITS of the Day:

Jose Hazlewood (Australia): This debutant Australian bowler just rocked the show. He did the justice to the baggy green cap. In the first day he took 2 wickets and 3wickets in the second day. He just manipulated batsmen and controlled them with his ball. He bowled with perfect line and length.

Chris Rogers (Australia): From the starting of their innings Rogers and Warner were looking for a partnership. Bucky was playing cautiously when warner left the pitch. Bucky was rotating the strikes pretty well. He has started building another partnership with Watson but Watson was aggressive and could not hold the ground. Chris was trying to push the team very hard but ended at 55 runs with 10 boundaries.

Steve Smith (Australia): After Bucky got out Skipper came to the pitch to save the crew. Steve was on fire from that when time when he took the field. He saved the day for Australians. He played a massive innings for the crew.

Umesh Yadav (India): This right arm fast medium pace bowler quite well and got 3 wicket today. Yadav got the big ones in his pocket. Firstly he took the barbarian Warner’s wicket. After that he took Marsh’s wicket and the batsman who are steadily pushing the Australian team by his own hand, Roger’s wicket. He maintained a good line and lenghth in his performance today.

FLOPS of the Day:

Ajinkya Rahane (India): This right handed batsman. When India needed him he served well in the first day. He build a very good partnership but in the second day he did not manage to get the ton. He started well initially but did not hold the rhythm.

Shane Watson (Australia): The Mr. Dependable just not clicked today. He was not in rhythm. He just scored only 25 runs for the team. His potential is far more than this. Let’s see how could present himself in the second innings.

Ishant Sharma (India): The pace guy did not make it for India. India’s bowling line up is pretty good but today except Yadav did not work out. They played well but did not managed to take the wickets. Ishant will look for more wickets in the second innings if he get the chance.
