A day before their all important match against Madhya Pradesh in the Vijay Hazare Trophy in Rajkot, Bengal coach Sairaj Bahutule had special sessions with the each cricketer separately after Bengal team had almost three-hour work-out at the nets on Wednesday. With four points from their three matches in the tournament so far, Bengal must have to earn at least six points more to ensure its berth in the knock-out stage.

And amidst the situation, Bengal coach called up each cricketer, even including the experienced Manoj Tiwari the captain, Laxmi Ratan Shukla, Ashoke Dinda and gave them special message for the inspiration. Dinda, speaking on the issue, said over pone from Rajkot on Wednesday night, “Bahutule never mentioned that we must have to win against Madhya Pradesh. He only asked me to enjoy the game by bowling with delight and happiness in the match. He also never mentioned any Madhya Pradesh cricketer’s name while talking to me for around only 15 to 20 minutes. Rather he asked me whether this wicket at the Rajkot would be conducive to swing. He asked me whether I think of doing reverse swing with ball in any match when I am on the bed after the lunch. It was truly special experience to me and I also have decided to follow the words of the coach on the field tomorrow.”

Madhya Pradesh has been in very good form. Especially, their batsmen like Naman Ojha and Iswar Pandey had tremendous show against Uttar Pradesh in the team’s last match in this tournament. But Bengal skipper, Manoj Tiwari does not want to pay additional attention. Rather he uttered, “We also have Dinda who is in tremendous form in last couple of matches. They should start thinking of facing Dinda.”
