Many successful batsmen in cricket history were fooled by bowlers. Lack of protective gear and bounce of uncovered pitch were the main reasons of getting bowled of earlier era batsmen. When a batsman was bowled that does not meant he is out of form or a bad player, actually it is bowler’s capability how he fools them. There are several class of players who were bowled by various bowlers in their carrier. Now we will present some information of those batsmen who were bowled maximum times in cricket history:

6. Desmond Haynes :- Next name comes in this list is Desmond Haynes. This right handed batsman of West Indies has been bowled out 54 times in his ODI carrier. He started his international carrier in 1978 against Australia. He has been bowled out 40 times in his test carrier.

5. Adam Gilchrist :-  The former left handed batsman and wicket keeper of Australia team has been bowled out 55 times in his one day international carrier. He made his debut in 1996 against South Africa in ODI format. He has been bowled out 43 times in his test carrier.

4. Steve Waugh :- One of the most popular name in world cricket over Australian cricket is Steve Waugh. He made his Test debut in 1985 against India, 1986 he made his one day international carrier debut against New Zealand. This middle order batsman was former captain of Australian team. He has been bowled out 63 times in his one day international carrier. He was bowled out only 39 times in his test carrier where percent of dismissals is near about 18.22%.

Rahul Dravid:- World’s most grammatically perfect batman known as “The Wall” Rahul Dravid is in this list too.  He played second highest number of tests, so it is obvious that no of dismissals is second highest too in his test carrier. He has been bowled out 52 times in his test carrier. He has been bowled out 57 times in one day international carrier. He made his debut in test cricket in 1996 against England and one day international career against Sri Lanka in the same year.

2. Allan Robert Border:-  A famous name in World cricket is Allan Border. He made his debut in 1978 against England in both Test and One day international format. He was a left handed middle order batsman. He has been bowled out 57 times in his one day international carrier. He have been bowled 53 times in his test career, percentage of dismissals is near about 24% which is quite high. He is the batsman who has been bowled out most in test cricket.

1. Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar:- “God of cricket” Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar Ranks 1 in this list unfortunately. He made his test Debut in 1989 against Pakistan, he made his One day International carrier debut against Pakistan in same year. He has been bowled out 66 times in his One day International carrier. In his Test career he has been bowled out 48 times, percentage of this kind of dismissals is quite high though, nearly about 17.52%. Many bowlers feel themselves lucky that they got the chance to bowl out player like Sachin Tendulkar.
