After a thumping victory over India in the five match test series, the England Cricket Team is all set to begin their preparations for the 2015 Cricket World Cup which is scheduled to take place early next year in Australia. It is learnt that England will name a full strength team that will face India in a five match ODI series that begins on August 25. Alastair Cook will lead the 14 member squad which includes James Anderson in it.
England will be without the services of Stuart Broad who is nursing a knee problem and will go under the knife which keeps him out for three to four months. But he is expected to be fit for the World Cup. Twenty20 expert Alex Hales is named in the squad and is expected to open along with Cook. It is the perfect chance for Hales to cement his spot in the side.
