1. Ravi Shastri – Sanjay Bangar – India

Ravi Shastri has played an important role in Indian cricket from 1970’s to 1992. He was a left arm bowler and an hard hitting batsman. After the loss in the test series against England he was appointed as the director of Indian team and the results showed as India won the One day International series 3-1. His positive engery showed that every Indian player respects him. He was able to reengergize the team. He has been appointed as the director till World Cup 2015. 2. Waqar Younis – Mushtaq Ahmed- Pakistan

Waqar Younis was one of the lethal exponent of reverse swing bowling. His knowledge and skills of pace bowling is helping the Pakistan youngsters a lot. He gives a pep talk to everybody in a huddle before the match and tells about how to expose the weakness of the oppostion. His inputs with Musthaq Ahmed a well known spin bowler and coach now has helped the Pakistan team beat Australia in the first test match at Dubai. One of the lethal fast bowlers that South Africa had in the past. He used to bowl fast and created a fear in the mind of the batsmen. In the current South African team the pace battery comprising of Styen, Morkel, Philander is encouraged to bowl at high speed and controlled line. He talks to bowling fielders postioned at the boundary and give them tips. His aggressive attitiude has helped South African team a lot. In his coaching South African won the test series against Sri Lanka 1-0
 

4. Darren Lehmann – Australia

Darren Lehmann was an aggressive left handed batsman and also left arm spinner. He has the expreince of coaching different T-20 teams around the world. Under his coaching Australia defeated England in Ashes 2013-2014 by 5-0. He became the coach of the Australian team in 2013. He advises the team to play an attacking cricket. In the recently concluded series against Pakistan his team won 3-0 and became the number 1 side in One day internationals. His contracts has been extended till 2017 which makes him the most dreaded coach.

 

5. Curtly Ambrose – Richie Richardson- West Indies

Curtly Ambrose was one of the fastest bowler in the World. Despite West Indies in the turmoil the team produces some quality pace bowlers like Roach, Taylor, Rampaul. His strength is motivate the players during the times of difficulty. Richardson the batting coach was one the hard hitting batsmen in his hey days. Both of them should be able to rebuild the mental aspects of the West Indies team which is struggling in recent times.
