Under a new captain and now a new head coach, Team India will start its preparation for the next World Cup at the earliest. Virat Kohli has already proved his mettle by taking the team to the final of the ICC Champions Trophy which was his first ICC tournament as captain and would be keen to go one step ahead when he goes to England for the next ICC tournament- the 2019 World Cup.
On the other hand, newly-appointed head coach Ravi Shastri will also be under pressure to deliver after replacing Anil Kumble who had a very successful tenure. And with the captain as well as the coach keen to do well, they will be looking to build a strong team for the game’s showpiece event. Moreover, several former cricketers have already stated that the team should begin preparation for the next World Cup as quickly as possible and so here we are taking a look at those 4 cricketers who might not get place in the squad for the tournament in England.
