England and Somerset Wicket-Keeper batsman Craig Kieswetter had a surgery on his fractured eye socket after getting hit by a bouncer from Northamptonshire pacer David Willey. The ball went inbetween the helmet visor and the grill and hit the flush on his right eye.

Kieswetter, later took a selfie of his injury and scars and uploaded it in his Instagram profile as the pic viral around the world. The Director of Somerset Cricket Dave Nosworthy said that Kieswetter, who is undergoing Hilotherapy is in a very safe condition and soon he should be able to return to the action.
