Pakistan keeps their hopes for a spot in the quarter-finals alive as they defeated South Africa by 29 runs (D/L method) in their Pool B match at Auckland. Chasing 232 runs in 47 overs, South Africa were bundled out for 202 with skipper AB de Villiers failing to carry his team home after scoring 77 runs off 58 balls. Sarfaraz Khan was declared as the Man of the Match for his run-a-ball 49 and claiming 6 catches behind the wickets.
