Imran Tahir, the South African leg spinner’s dream run in the IPL was on display for yet another game. Tahir has been fantastic in the ongoing edition of the IPL and has once again got the Purple Cap to his name. The 36 year old wrist spinner has set the IPL stage on fire and has been the backbone for the Delhi Daredevils.

Against the Mumbai Indians in the previous game on the 23rd of April, Tahir yet again showed that why he was among the best spinners in world cricket at the moment. The Proteas spinner took 3 wickets in the 17th over to nail the coffin for the Mumbai Indians. His wrong ones were literally unplayable.

But the moment of the day for Tahir was undoubtedly when he grabbed a sharp catch of Parthiv Patel and then sprinted for his famous victory lap. Tahir’s celebratory run after taking a wicket or a catch is the most talked point in this IPL so far.

Fans of the Delhi Daredevils would be hoping for another stellar from the artistic South African leg spinner.
