Kuldeep Yadav has been a sensation ever since he made a place for himself in the Indian squad, and has been a regular in the team since making his debut against Australia in Dharamsala earlier this year.
Many former and current players have spoken in his favour and have praised him for his skills. He came into limelight when he took a hat-trick in the second ODI against Australia at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata.
Kuldeep who came into the Indian side replacing Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja has got the selectors in a spot of bother after performing so well in the recent matches.
Suresh Raina who plays with Kuldeep in the Ranji Trophy praised the unorthodox spinner and also credited former Indian leg-spinner and coach Anil Kumble for Yadav’s improved performances. He said,
“Kuldeep (Yadav) is doing very well and the credit goes to Anil Bhai (Anil Kumble). He worked really hard with him,” Raina told reporters at an event. I was talking to him (Kuldeep) in the IPL and he always use to message Anil Bhai. He is the product of Anil Kumble. He (Kuldeep) has done well with (former Australian chinaman) Brad Hogg. He is the guy who will change everything in bowling department,”
Raina who is sweating it hard on the field as well as off it to make a comeback in the Indian team praised the chinaman at a logo unveiling event for a marathon organized by the Skechers to be held on November 10th.
Raina is leading Uttar Pradesh in the Ranji Trophy. UP lost the first match first after being dismissed for a mere 72 runs while chasing 92 in the fourth innings. Raina, however, was the top scorer in the fourth innings with 29 runs.
