After winning the Asia Cup T20 tournament, the Indian cricket team remains the number 1 side in T20 format. India has been performing brilliantly in the T20 format. Going into the World T20 the Indian team will be one of the favorites to win the title. The gap between India and the rest of the teams is huge.

The second place is occupied by West Indies who is at 118 points. The third place is occupied by South Africa who has the same number of points as the West Indies. When calculating the decimal points West Indies is at number 2 and South Africa at number 3.

The fourth place is occupied by New Zealand with 116 points, followed by England with 112 points. Both New Zealand and England will be looking to perform well in Super 10 round starting from 15th March.

The Australian who is currently playing 3 matches T20 series against South Africa is at number 6 with 111 points. The series is tied at 1-1.

Pakistan, who recently were knocked out in the first round of the Asia Cup T20 tournament, has dropped down to 7th position with 110 points. Sri Lanka who failed to perform well in the Asia Cup is at 8th place with 109 points.

The 9th place is occupied by associate nation Afghanistan who has performed in the T20 format. They will play in the qualifying round starting from March 8. The last place is occupied by Bangladesh who reached the finals of the Asia Cup T20. Here we look at the T20 rankings
