India U19 put a huge total against Namibia U19 in 2016 U19 CWC quarter-final match at Fatullah on Saturday. India made 349/6 in 50 overs at the first innings of the match.
After winning the toss, India U19 skipper Ishan Kishan decided to bat first. Namibia colts struck early after dismissing Indian skipper who only managed 6 runs. But after that, Indian batsmen took fully control in the innings. Opener Rishabh Pant hit a ton and scored 111 runs in that innings.
No.3 batsman Anmolpreet Singh scored 41 runs while two middle-order batsmen Sarfaraz Khan and Armaan Jaffer hit half-centuries. Sarfaraz Khan scored 76 runs while Armaan Jaffer scored 64 runs. At the end, Mahipal Lomror made a speedy knock of 41 runs of 21 balls.
