IPL 2016: Once again Gambhir showed his rudeness towards Kohli

Indian’s senior cricketer Gautam Gambhir once again showed his rudeness to India’s current star batsman and fellow Delhi player Virat Kohli. This time, it was very unnecessary and Gambhir crossed all the limits of an acceptable behaviour on-field.
The incident happened during the match between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at Eden Gardens, Kolkata on Monday night. KKR scored 183/5 in 20 overs after batting first (RCB sent KKR into bat first after winning the toss). RCB was chasing the target smoothly with brilliant batting by Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers, after Chris Gayle’s dismissal at 49 runs.
The awkward Gambhir-Kohli incident happened in the last stage of the match where RCB was looking to wrap up the match. It was the second ball of 19th over when Virat went for a single after playing the ball towards the cover fielder where KKR skipper Gambhir was fielding. Kohli clearly reached at the non-striker’s end, but still Gambhir threw the ball and that throw, apparently looked like an attempt to show anger rather than claiming a wicket as Kohli was already in the crease. The ball, however, missed Kohli and no hue and cry was made of it.
However, it was from that overthrow which Kohli and de Villiers stole another run. Virat Kohli was not happy with that Gambhir’s behaviour as Kohli clapped for that incident.
Later, Gambhir was seen behaving rudely with the field umpires for that incident.
However, it is not the first on-field fight between Gautam Gambhir and Virat Kohli. In one of the previous IPL edition, the fight between the duos turned into a brawl and both were subsequently fined.
Once, Gautam Gambhir and Virat Kohli had played together for India.
