On Friday night, Rising Pune Supergiants (RPS) will meet against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in IPL 2016 at Pune. It will be first home game for RPS in IPL history.

RPS and RCB have not started well in the IPL 2016 as both the teams have suffered 2 losses each out of 3 matches, while they have registered only one win each.

Both the teams have a good batting along with power hitters. However, most of RPS batsmen are still searching for form, while RCB batsmen are currently in very good form, especially the top order batsman.

But the bowling is a big headache for both the teams. The bowlers need improvement or else they can say goodbye to title aspirations.

While RCB will miss Chris Gayle in this match, the new IPL team RPS still has to find out their best XI. Both the teams are very desperate to win this match which will give them a huge boost in the ongoing IPL.

However, the tournament has just begun. So there is no need to do panic for both teams at this moment.

Probable XI

Rising Pune Supergiants: MS Dhoni (c), Ajinkya Rahane, Faf du Plessis, Kevin Pietersen, Steven Smith, Mitchell Marsh, Irfan Pathan, R Ashwin, Ankit Sharma, Ishant Sharma, M Ashwin.

Royal Challengers Bangalore: Virat Kohli (c), KL Rahul, AB de Villiers, Shane Watson, Travis Head, Sarfaraz Khan, Stuart Binny, Harshal Patel, Kane Richardson, Iqbal Abdullah, Varun Aaron
