Once again, MS Dhoni showed that why he has the fastest hands out of any wicketkeeper in the world as again, the former Indian skipper produced one of the fastest stumpings in the world to show the way to Corey Anderson back to the pavilion.
It was the game between Rising Pune Supergiant and Delhi Daredevils where Corey Andeson was batting and was trying to get in the groove but a smart piece of stumping from Dhoni ended his innings. Anderson missed a delivery from Washington Sundar which Dhoni grabbed and in no time, dislodged the bails.
Dhoni was confident that he has got his man and after having certain looks at the replays, Anderson was adjudged out, thanks to a fast reaction from Dhoni as till the time the batsman could have found himself in a comfortable position, Dhoni had done his job and Anderson went back to the pavilion.
It was a special effort from Dhoni as even a small delay could have seen Anderson getting a second chance but Dhoni didn’t let the opportunity go.
Harsha Bhogle was in all awe of this special effort from MS Dhoni as he took to twitter to praise the wicketkeeper and called his hands fastest in Asia as he tweeted –
The fastest hands in the east! Wow, @msdhoni . And so matter-of-fact. Something else!

However, one can easily say that when talking of wicketkeeping, Dhoni is the best wicketkeeper in world cricket as his hands are the fastest.
There is also popular saying about Dhoni that if he is appealing for a stumping chance, then there is no use to go the third umpire and if Dhoni isn’t confident, then it’s not out.
Talking of the game, Delhi side ended their innings on a score 168 in the allotted 20 overs and Pune will be hoping to chase down this total.
In one or the other way, it is a sort of do or die game for this team as if they win this game, then it will not just help them qualify for the next round but will also strengthen their chances of making it to top two whereas a loss can jeopardise their chances of qualifying for the next round.
