In reply, MI chased down that total in 18.4 overs after losing 6 wickets. MI won this game by 4 wickets.

  1. SRH batsmen Shikhar Dhawan and David Warner put a brilliant 81 runs partnership for the opening wicket. It is the 2nd highest opening partnership for SRH against MI. The record is 85 runs opening partnership for SRH against MI at Visakhapatnam on 8th May 2016.

 

  1. Dismissing SRH batsman David Warner, Harbhajan Singh became the first Indian bowler to take 50 T20 wickets on a single ground. That dismissal was Harbhajan’s 50th wicket at Wankhede Stadium (Mumbai). Harbhajan Singh became the 12th bowler to achieve this feat.

 

  1. MI pacer Jasprit Bumrah bowled superbly in this match as his bowling figure was 4-0-24-3. It is the best bowling figure in IPL by an Indian bowler for MI against SRH.

 

  1. MI batsman Krunal Pandya scored 37 runs in just 20 balls with the strike rate of 185.00. Scoring at least 25 runs in an innings, it is the second highest strike rate in IPL by a MI batsman against SRH. The highest strike rate in this list is 244.44 by Kieron Pollard (66* runs in 27 balls) at Mumbai on 13th May 2013.

 

  1. SRH leg-spinner Rashid Khan once again bowled very well as his bowling figure was 4-0-19-1 with the economy rate of 4.75. Bowling minimum 12 balls in an innings, it is the best economy rate by a SRH spinner against MI.

 

  1. SRH left-arm pacer Ashish Nehra was very expensive in the match as his bowling figure was 4-0-46-1. It is the most runs conceded by a left-arm SRH bowler. The previous record holder was left-arm pacer Trent Boult with the bowling figure of 4-0-45-1.

 

 

  1. Another SRH pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar bowled very impressively as his bowling figure was 4-0-21-3. It is the third best bowling figure by a SRH bowler against MI. The top two best bowling figures in this list are: 3-0-15-3 by Ashish Nehra (at Visakhapatnam on 8th May 2016) and 3-0-16-3 by Mustafizur Rahman (at Visakhapatnam on 8th May 2016).
