IPL 2017: Watch: A Livid Virat Kohli Expresses His Frustration On A Umpiring Howler

It does not matter if his team is out of the race for a playoff berth. It does not matter if his team is on the verge of losing the match. Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper Virat Kohli just knows one way to play cricket and that is aggressive.
Well, the incident that happened in the just concluded match between his team and Kolkata Knight Riders totally proves how fierce a competitor Kohli is on the field.
Defending 158, the runners-up of the last year were all but out of the game when Sunil Narine and Chris Lynn added 105 runs in the first 6 overs. The match was then almost sealed when Gautam Gambhir and Colin de Grandhomme shared a 45-run stand.
However, the dismissal of both the batsmen made the match a bit interesting and it would have become more interesting had the umpire not given a decision against the Virat Kohli-led side.
The incident occurred in the 15th over of the innings when Knight Riders needed only two runs in 32 balls. Yusuf Pathan had edged a Yuzvendra Chahal delivery to Kedar Jadhav behind the stumps. There was a clear noise and as expected the Bangalore fielders went up in unison only to see the umpire giving his decision in the batsman favour. And while the other players like Chris Gayle were seen laughing at the decision, Kohli was seen giving the umpire a piece of his mind.
Here is a clip of that incident:
