There have quiet a few 90+ scores in this season of IPL but what the audience wanted to see was a century, but we were denied the same for almost 3/4th of the tournament. Chris Gayle was the man who is known for hitting centuries in the shortest format of the game but this West Indian wasn’t in great form hence Lendl Simmons, another West Indian playing for Mumbai Indians and doing what Gayle does best. Simmons has been in great form this season and has also scored the first century of the season.

Here is the Top 5 individual scores –

Name Score Balls 4s 6s Opposition
Lendl Simmons (MI) 100* 61 14 2 KXIP
Corey Anderson (MI) 95* 44 9 6 RR
Glenn Maxwell (KXIP) 95 43 15 2 CSK
Glenn Maxwell (KXIP) 95 43 5 9 SRH
Glenn Maxwell (KXIP) 90 38 6 8 CSK
