Kevon Cooper, the tall lad from the Trinidad and Tobago has been reported for a suspect bowling action. Kevon Cooper was playing for Rajasthan Royals and the action was reported in the last league match against Mumbai Indians , which Rajasthan Royals lost to Mumbai Indians and in such a way that they are now out of the tournament . Cooper was the best bet for Rajasthan Royals and he was a good death bowler for them .

Cooper’s action was reported by the  on-field umpires Rod Tucker and K. Srinath along with third umpire S. Ravi at the conclusion of the match.  It’ not the first time that Cooper’s action has been reported. He was also reported in the 2011 edition of the Carribean Premier league after which he went ot the University of Western Australia, just to get his action rectified.

Now Cooper can raise his voice against this and  request the BCCI Suspect Bowling Action Committee , comprising of S Venkataraghavan , Javagal Srinath, AV jayaprakash and Sanjay Patel, to officially llok at it. If the decision remains pending till the next year’s IPL , he can play the next season. But, if the action is reported once again in the next year, then Cooper will then be suspended from bowling in the remainder of the IPL.

Cooper was a revolution in the 2011 edition of the Champions League , wher he performed with both bat and ball for Trinidad and Tobago. He , then was picked by Rajasthan Royals in 2012 and since then has played only for them in the IPL. He has picked up 39 wickets in 31 matches in the IPL.
