James Faulkner and Steve Smith stages a remarkable comeback for Rajasthan as the Royals made light weight of an improbable chase of 191 to thrash Royal Challengers Bangalore by 5 wickets at the Chinnaswamy stadium in a glittering Sunday night.

Yuvraj Singh’s all round performance came to nothing when it appeared that the southpaw had just got back to his groove. His carnage of a swashbuckling 83 run innings from just 38 balls and then picking 4 wickets for 35 runs set the tone for the home side all but ended Rajasthan’s hopes when they wee down and buried at 105/6 but Vijay Mallaya’s franchise came short in what was an unfathomable defeat in front of the home faithful.

Here are the twitter reactions from the game.

Steve Smith’s and Faulkner’s carnage on the RCB bowlers would have made a certain Ishant Sharma proud on Mother’s day! Oops

Ashoke Dinda could do well in a new profession!

The day however belongs to only Sir Ashish Nehra

Does this make sense!

Yuvraj Singh: Mummy!!! I wanna come back home! (Crying)

Rakyesh Om Prakash Mehra is a proud man!

Shilpa Shetty: Halla Bol! Vijay Mallaya: King of Bad Times!

Mother’s day: Really?

And Finally: Oh Virat
