South Africa’s debutant pacer Kagiso Rabada becomes the second bowler in the history to capture a Hat-Trick on his ODI debut. Rabada, who is currently playing his debut match in the first ODI against Bangladesh at Mirpur achieved this feet in just his second over of the match.

Rabada first knocked down opener Tamim Iqbal’s off-stump for a 13 ball duck before having Litton Das caught by David Miller at square-leg for yet another duck and in the very next ball, he trapped Mahmudullah for duck.

With this, Rabada is the 39th bowler, third South African after Charl Langaveldt and JP Duminy to take an ODI Hat-Trick. The only other bowler to take an ODI Hat-Trick on debut is Bangladesh’s slow left arm spinner Taijul Islam against Zimbabwe in 2014.
