India’s fast bowler Mohit Sharma has said that MS Dhoni is the reason for the success in international cricket in recent times. He started his carrier in 2013 where he played his first One day International match against Zimbabwe. He has been a part of One day International side. In the World Cup 2015 Ishant Sharma got injured and Mohit Sharma replaced him and under the captaincy Mohit Sharma did a great job with ball. Mohit Sharma has played 20 One day Internationals and four T-20 matches.

He has been part of One day International squad. He took 13 wickets from 8 matches in World Cup 2015. He got chances and was fortunate to play under the captaincy of MS Dhoni. In the Indian Premier League he plays for Chennai Super Kings and has learned a lot the art of bowling which has made him a better and improved bowler. He bowls line and length, does not give room to the batsmen. Mohit Sharma plays for Haryana in the Ranji Trophy and has picked wickets. He has played with Bhuvneshwar Kumar and other bowlers. Before leaving for Bangladesh he said that he want to continue his form in three match One Day International series starting from 18th June.

He said that the big difference is that he has worked on his fitness and bowling. If you have to maintain a place in the Indian team the players have to perform consistently. He has developed as a bowler and with no pace in his bowling his biggest strength is accurate line and length. This youngster from Haryana has learnt a lot in the IPL from the bowling of Ashish Nehra. In the death bowling he bowls slower ones and does not allow the batsmen to score runs freely.

He said that he has been bowling 135-140 kmph which is decent speed. He also said that his aim is to land the ball on right areas and leave rest to conditions. He also said that he needs to improve his speed.

When asked about his Test ambitions he said he is working on his fitness and if given an oppurnity then I am ready for five day format.
