Mahendra Singh Dhoni Lodges Complaint Over Missing Phones, Hotel’s Fire Department Officer Arrested

Mahendra Singh Dhoni, former India captain, recently lodged a complaint to Delhi police after his three mobile phones went missing from his hotel room in Dwarka. In the investigation held later on, the hotel’s fire department officer was arrested for the theft and now the phones have been recovered.
The incident happened when fire broke out in Welcome Hotel in Dwarka and luckily, players were rescued. In that attempt, Jharkhand skipper lost his phones and as per the reports emerging from sources, a man connected to this act of theft has been taken into custody as well.
The second semi-final of the Vijay Hazare Trophy between West Bengal and Jharkand, which was scheduled to happen on Friday, took place the following day, as the BCCI postponed the play. Incidentally, the team’s kit was charred during the mishap.
Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s Jharkhand lost the semi-final by 41 runs.
