All sort of rare things seems to be happening in Caribbean Premier League. Earlier we seen twice a batsman hitting Six of Last ball when the same needed and making their team win. Now Miguel Cummins of Antigua Hawksbills conceded 21 from of 1 legal delivery with 4 No-Balls included in it.

In the 22nd Match of the CPL second season, Guyana Amazon Warriors faced Antigua Hawksbills at Basseterre. Antigua won the toss and decided to bowl and picked up two early wickets by end of Powerplay. Guyana were 52 for 2 at 6 overs with Ramdin on strike and Guptill at other end.

23-year old, Miguel Cummins was given the ball for his first ovr and he began bowling a Big Front foot No-ball on which Ramdin failed to pick up a single. On the preceeding ball yet another No-ball was been bowled by Cummins but this time Ramdin was successful to pick a single inspite of mis timing the free hit.

Later Guptil who came on to strike was given another No-ball by the bowler and the batsman didn’t miss to captitalise as he smoked it through the deep midwicket for a 82 meter Six. The No-ball continued for 4th time in row as Guptil picked up a double this time. Finally on the fifth attempt Miguel Cummins was successful in bowling a legal delivery but the free hit delivery went over mid-wicket again for another six. By that time Miguel Cummins had conceded 19 runs.

He continued t bowl a No-ball, his fifth in six deliveries but it just conceded a single in terms of batsmen runs. in overrall Miguel Cummins, the Barbados born player who represents Antigua franchise in CPL had picked up a record giving 21 of a single ball. However, at the end, he managed to concede 23 runs, 2 more in next 5 balls after a horrible start. Also he wasn’t prefered for bowling after that over.
