After a spirited display at the World Cup, Cricket Bangladesh is in the news for all the wrong reasons when Mustafa Kamal resigned as the president of the ICC from Bangladesh.

Nazmul Hussain the BCB president however added that the whole resignation fiasco will not affect the ties that the board has with the BCCI. Hassan added that it was unfortunate that Kamal had to retire and that he hoped it would have never happened.

Kamal who accused the ICC of controversial umpiring called the ICC the Indian Cricket Council. He also added after the match that he is ready to step out as the ICC president. Because of this a huge row started between N.Srinivasan the president from India and Kamal from Bangladesh.

Hassan ruled out that the retirement of Kamal on the basis mentioned above will not affect the cricket ties between the two countries and that they are in the best spirit possible.

Hassan added that he does not believe the spat to effect any bilateral ties because he explained that the comment was not on a particular nation but was on the whole system of umpiring and the non-usage of technology when it is readily available.
