Key Players –
In the previous match against Rajasthan Royals he played a good and sensible innings. He attacked the bowlers right from the start. He played some excellent strokes and just timed the ball. His score off 54 in 35 balls gave the foundation for others and scored a massive 202 runs. Against Delhi Daredevils, he needs to continue in the same form if Sunrisers has to register a win.
Bhuvneshwar has been the best bowler for Sunrisers in this tournament so far. In the previous match against Rajasthan Royals he picked 2 early wickets of Watson and Rahane which helped Sunrisers. Despite going for 44 runs in 4 overs he picked 3 important wickets to help Sunrisers win and stay alive in the tournament.
JP Duminy came at one down in the previous match against KKR. He scored 25 off 16 balls but the openers did play too many dot balls to put pressure on Duminy. When the run rate climbed he tried to accelerate but was caught out. Against Sunrisers he needs to take charge and help Delhi to be aggressive which will be useful for Delhi Daredevils.
Amit Mishra was the most economical bowler in the previous match against KKR. He bowled 4 overs and conceded 20 runs picking 1 wicket also. He turned the ball and did not allow the batsmen to score easily. Against Sunrisers he needs to perform the same role and also needs to pick more wickets.
