Sachin Tendulkar is enjoying holiday along with his family by visiting a wildlife sanctuary in eastern Maharashtra’s Vidarbha.
For the weekend vacation, the Indian legendary cricketer landed at Nagpur Airport on Friday night along with his wife Anjali and his son Arjun.
On Saturday morning, Tendulkar posted a photo on his official twitter account wearing striped T-shirt, jeans and a hat. Within a few minutes, the post earned huge likes.
Along with that post, Sachin also challenged his fans by writing, “Soaking in the pleasure of Mother Nature! Spot me in the wilderness & guess where I am. Clue: Very much in Maharashtra.”

Later, local officials revealed that Sachin had gone into the Umred-Karhandla wildlife sanctuary near Nagpur and even posed with forest department staffers for a photo.
Umred-Karhandla was not designed for tiger reserve but the big striped cat is known to inhabit the area which has other major tiger sanctuaries.
Vidarbha is well known for tiger reserves. Out of six tiger sanctuaries in Maharastra, five are in Vidarbha and one in western Maharashtra’s Sahyadri mountain ranges.
