Is the Little Master Sachin Tendulkar planning to come out of retirement to play IPL for Mumbai Indians? Well, we don’t know about that but his yesterday’s mysterious tweet has created hype about the 41-year old making a possible comeback for MI in IPL 8. The tweet has a picture of Tendulkar putting on the batting helmet, hinting that he is getting ready to take the field once again.

However, Sportzwiki feels that Sachin Tendulkar’s comeback is highly unlikely as there is no clarity regarding what the tweet is all about and one can only hope the mystery behind it gets sorted out soon. 

Tendulkar bid adieu to the game in 2013 after an illustrious career that saw him amass 34,357 international runs in 664 matches. Currently, he is working as a mentor for the Mukesh Ambani-owned franchise in IPL. He played 6 seasons for the Mumbai Indians, scoring 2334 runs from 78 matches at an average of 34.83.
