According to reports from Sri Lanka’s dailymirror (dailymirror.lk), the Sri Lankan women cricketers have bribed sexually to the country’s national selectors. Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) Executive Committee decided to look into this issue and conduct an immediate inquiry regarding this issue.

It has been said that Sri Lanka women’s cricket team players bribed the team management and national selectors in order to get selected for the national team. A committee has been appointed by the SLC to investigate the allegations. The team include chief men’s national selector Sanath Jayasuriya, Secretary Nishantha Ranatunga, Assistant Secretary Hirantha Perera, SLC Vice President Mohan de Silva,

The committee will conduct their inquiry on Thursday and will summon National selectors, Team Officials including national team Manager and Coach and also all members of the national squad to give evidence.
