Shane Warne asks Nick Kyrgios to show respect openly on facebook
A shocker comes from former Aussie spinner Shane Warne as he openly asked tennis star Nick Kyrgios to keep his attitude under control on a social networking site. Kyrgios has been in the news recently for sledging current Roland Garros men’s singles title holder Stan Wawrinka personally and hs also been fined and banned for the same. Here is what he remarked about Stan’s alleged girlfriend Dona Vekic
Though the 20-year-old later openly apologized to Wawrinka and Dona saying the words spoken were an outburst of the heat of the game and were not really meant.
Regarding that and his current bad patch as the tennis star faces an early exit after getting defeated to Andy Murray, Warne has handed Nick some tips to keep calm and maintain a decent attitude while on the field.
Making his young age a point, the legendary leg-break bowler mentioned that he has a long way to go and that respect is to be earned. Warne also asked him to concentrate on the game and show the world his real talent as he has got that. Here is what came directly from the cricketer:
Dear Nick Kyrgios, We all realise you’re only 20 & have a lot to learn buddy. But please don’t waste your talent,…
Coming from Shane, who has been always marked as an arrogant and aggressive character, it depicts that it is high time for Nick Kyrgios to get calm and be more involved into the game.
