After achieving a dramatic win against India at Canberra on Wednesday, Australia took the first place in the Most Consecutive Matches Unbeaten team at home in ODI cricket.

Australia broke a 26-years old record on Wednesday by defeating India at the 4th ODI of the 5-match ODI series. Currently, Australia remains 19 consecutive ODI matches unbeaten on their home ground since 19th November 2014. Out of these 19 matches, they won 17 matches while remaining 2 matches had no results. Their 2015 World Cup winning campaign is also in this unbeaten streak. Also, they have a chance to add more matches in this unbeaten streak.

They broke 18-match unbeaten of West Indies team record which happened from 1986 to 1990. At that time, the Caribbean team won 16 matches while 2 matches had no results. 

Sri Lanka is in the third place with 17 matches unbeaten streak at home from 1996 to 1998 with 16 wins and 1 no-result.

South Africa appear twice in this list at no.4 and no.5 with 16 and 14 matches unbeaten streaks respectively.

England is no.6 in this list with 14 matches unbeaten streak at home between 2011 and 2012. They won 11 matches while 1 tie match was and other 2 had no results.
