Mahendra Singh Dhoni led Indian Cricket team will leave for Dhaka from Kolkata on Sunday evening to take part in the upcoming Asia Cup T20, starting from 24th February.

Ravi Shastri and other support staff will also travel to Bangladesh along with the 15-member squad on Sunday evening.

Vice-captain Virat Kohli, Shikhar Dhawan, Pawan Negi, Ajinkya Rahane, Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya Ravindra Jadeja and Jasprit Bumrah have already arrived at Kolkata on Saturday night while Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina, Harbhajan Singh, Ashish Nehra, Ravichandran Ashwin is going to land in Kolkata on Sunday.

After reaching Kolkata, Suresh Raina posted a tweet along with Harbhajan Singh on Sunday morning.

As per CAB ( Cricket Association of Bengal) sources, three of the players will have an open media session on Sunday at a plush south Kolkata hotel followed by the pre-departure media conference by the team manager Kapil Malhotra and captain Dhoni.

The 13th Asia Cup tournament and 1st Asia Cup T20 will begin from 24th February and the final match of the tournament will be played on 6th March. Total 5 teams will participate in this competition including India. The other four teams are: Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh (Host) and a qualifying team. All the matches will be played at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur, Dhaka.
