The teams for the All Stars Cricket league have been recently announced and put on display. The league, engineered by the two legends of the game, Shane Warne and Sachin Tendulkar is set to commence from the 7th of November. There was a lot of speculation about the personnel, and in which team would the superstars of the game go.
The league is a three match series between the sides led by Tendulkar and Warne. The first game will be played in New York on the 7th, while the second and third game will be played on the 11th and 14th in Houston and Los Angeles respectively.
Shane Warne recently urged his fans to follow the league and wrote a Twitter message, “The All Stars League is coming to America. Sachin Tendulkar and I have spent nearly 12 months putting this together. Be part of history with us and buy a ticket for one or all of the games, we have signed some of the best players who have played international cricket over the past 25 years.”
In what can be termed as a dream for cricket fans, one is likely to witness the legendary Indian opening pair of Sachin Tendulkar and Sourav Ganguly to open again.
