On a bright day when the Indian cricket team would be playing its matches you will find a certain Mr Mahendra Singh Dhoni leading the proceedings for the Indian side. He likes to keep things spicy and waits till the end to make a finish. His passion for doing the undone, to challenge his self and to spice it up doesn’t however limit itself to the cricket field. In his recently released pictures, he’s turned a mechanic during his vacation hours at home in Ranchi. The captain cool certainly likes to don several hats. Not content with bowling, batting and keeping, he’s latest stint as a mechanic is sure to bring him more accolades and certainly makes a mark on the overall character of his person. Mahendra Dhoni has a very modest background and up-bringing. He was a Train Ticket Examiner (TTE) at Kharagpur railway station from 2001 to 2003, under South Eastern Railway in West Bengal. During that time he had saved Rs.4500 and had purchased a Yamaha Rajdoot motorbike for he had a fetish for bikes. Now 10 years down the lane, he’s the captain of the Indian cricket team and possesses dozens of bikes apart from 10 high-end cars. The plans to restore his first bike was on for quite a long time and only in the past couple of days could he find the time needed to get his hands dirty. Dhoni dismantled his old bike in an effort to repair it and posted its pictures on twitter.

However as people know Dhoni he may hire a real mechanic this time to assemble it but he would even then get involved in the process and get his hands dirty. Dhoni will next be seen in action in the Champions League Twenty20 later this month, playing for Chennai Super Kings. CLT20 starts on September 17 in India and CSK’s first match is against the Titans on September 22 in Ranchi.
