    Indian fast bowler Ishant Sharma found him on the tip of a list  of fast bowlers for an astonishing a record, which indeed a measurement of the greatness of a bowler. He achieves this new foot , removing  famous bowlers such as  James Anderson, Mitchell Johnson, Stuart Broad and even Dale Steyn.

    Ishant Sharma after his sensational start of his career had a become a figure of a troll. But, since 2014 he has built himself as a leading Indian fast bowler.

    He is leading Indian bowling attack from the front. He is bowling with sheer consistency and temperament. He alone castled Sri Lankan batting attack taking five wickets for 54 runs with two maidens. With this five-wicket haul, he earned the top position of most fifers among the fast bowlers in the year between January 2014 to  September 1, 2015.

    His first five-wicket haul of the year came in Auckland, on February 6, 2014, he took 6 wickets, but that went in vain as New Zealand won the Test by 40 runs. He again took 6 wickets for 51 at Wellington on February 14, this time the Test was drawn. But,  at Lord’s on July 17, 2014, his figure was 7 for 64 which helped India to win the Test for the first time in 28 years.

    The second best to Ishant is James Anderson of England, who has three five-wicket hauls for England. His first came against India in Southampton in 2014, and the remaining two came this year. During England’s tour of West Indies Anderson took five wickets at Bridgetown Test which came in losing cause.  His most adorable fifer came recently when he destroyed Australia with a bowling figure 6 for 47 at Edgbaston. Australia got all out for paltry 136.

    The third position is acquired by Anderson teammate and another The Ashes hero Stuart Broad, who 8 for 15 at Trent Bridge who can forget. An unplayable Broad  decimated struggling Australia for 60, the seventh lowest total in the Ashes history. Among the other Indian bowlers, Bhuvneshwar Kumar is in the seventh position with two five wicket hauls.
