In the 7 seasons of IPL so far, there have been 33 centuries scored and above is the list of 10 fastest IPL hundreds among 33 centuries.

23rd April, 2013 was probably the worst day in the life of Pune Warriors India players as that was the day when Chris Gayle produced a gem of innings and broke records more that even he could imagine. His innings of 175* off 66 balls is the highest score ever in T20 game. It took him 30 deliveries to reach is 100, making him fastest player to score a century in IPL. 17 sixes in his innings were highest as well. This match was played at Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This is one of those few records that looka difficult to break in the time to come.

Yusuf Pathan is second on the list of 10 fastest hundreds in IPL, he held the record fastest century for almost 3 years when he scored a 37 ball 100 against Mumbai Indians in 2010.

The player to watch out for in this list is on number 11. Wridhiman Saha is probably the youngest player to make the list of 10 fastest hundreds in IPL. He scored a century in 51 deliveries against Kolkata Knight Riders in the previous season of IPL. More importantly this 100 came in the final of IPL season 7, sadly even this 100 from Saha couldn’t make his team Kings XI Punjab win the trophy.

There many such players who can deliver the unexpected in this season of IPL and for all such updates keep following SportzWiki.com.
