Pitches all around the world may come up with some movement or at least bounce to bowlers but in India, conditions are heavily tilted towards batsmen and every once in a while, someone has to suffer and IPL happens to be the perfect platform.
Here is a list of bowlers who have conceded most runs in an IPL innings.
Ishant Sharma (4-0-66-0)
The mighty Chennai Super Kings were too heavy for Ishant Sharma as he was hammered for 66 runs in his 4 overs in 2013 IPL. His first over went for 11 runs with Hussey hitting a couple of over boundaries. Ishant went for 18 runs in the next over with Vijay hitting three back to back sixes. Given the circumstances, the struggling pacer had a decent third over as it went for just 12 runs. But it was Suresh Raina who helped Ishant Sharma to top the worst bowling figures in IPL history as he hit 4, 6, 4, 4 and 4 in a row in Ishant’s final over.
