On the back of a staunch bowling performance which simply shattered the Kolkata Knight Riders, Mumbai Indians have now fixed a fourth appointment against the Rising Pune Supergiant for the all-important clash in the final on Sunday.

For the Knight Riders, it was just a sorry tale, as their own gimmicks of using Sunil Narine at the top of the order didn’t come off and resulted in an absolute mess. The top order wilted away with barely 30 runs on the board, and half the side was lost.

Needing a mere 108 to win, Mumbai never had any difficulties in the chase and despite losing a few early wickets, skipper Rohit Sharma and Krunal Pandya steadied the ship and the formalities were wrapped up soon.

The men from Mumbai now will take on the Rising Pune Supergiant for the final in Hyderabad. Fans on Twitter reacted, as Mumbai advanced through and below are some of the tweets.
