BCCI have released the team for the final two test matches against Australia and have mostly stuck to the core of the team. However, the most talking point after the selection was the snub of Rohit Sharma and Mohammed Shami who have recently recovered from their injuries.

Both Rohit and Shami played a massive role in Indian test side over the past two years before missing the action after suffering injuries during the ongoing home season. Rohit Sharma underwent a surgery after pulling his hamstring in the New Zealand ODI series at Visakhapatnam.

Meanwhile, Mohammed Shami got himself injured during the test series against England and have missed the action ever since. The selectors might have decided to give an extended rest to both the stars as they eye a return for a grueling IPL season followed by Champions Trophy. Hardik Pandya also misses out from the team as he has recently suffered an injury in the domestic circuit

Here we look at how the twitter reacted about the recently revealed squad.

It remains to be seen whether it is a good decision by BCCI to not pick Rohit Sharma for the remaining two games as the player needs some much needed international game time before playing in the prestigious Champions Trophy in June later this year.
