Former Indian explosive batsman Virender Sehwag made MCL (Masters Champions League) inauguration in his own style by hitting a six in the first ball of MCL history.
The opening match of 2016 MCL was between Gemini Arabians and Libra Legends at Dubai on Thursday. Virender Sehwag was leading Gemini Arabians in the 2016 MCL.
It was the first ball of the 2016 MCL. Virender Sehwag was facing former New Zealand left-arm bowler Andy McKay. It was the full-length delivery which was pitched in the leg-side. Sehwag smashed the ball over the deep square leg to the boundary for six runs.
However, Sehwag departed very early but entertained thoroughly on the ground with his bat as he scored 21 runs in just 11 balls with 2 fours and 1 sixes.
