The list of stunning catches in this edition of IPL keeps on increasing. The latest member to join this list is Royal Challengers Bangalore’s all-rounder Stuart Binny.

Defending a modest total of 151 on a ground which has seen a lot of high scoring games in the recent times, RCB made the chase tough for Mumbai Indians with some brilliant fielding performance.
It was 13th over of the Mumbai Indians’ run chase when Yuzvendra Chahal had the ball in hand. He bowled a flighted delivery to the debutant batsman Nitish Rana. Rana looked to devour the flight with a loft over cover. Binny was running across in the deep and found the ball looping high over his left shoulder. The ball looked like a certain six but then came the moment of beauty as Stuart Binny leaped high and grabbed a stunner. Timing his jump to perfection Binny caught the ball somersaulting on the cover fence to send the young Delhi batsman back to the pavilion.

The stunner was not enough to take RCB home as they lost the match by 6 wickets. After the loss, RCB are now lying in the sixth position in the league table.
