As per the new rule set by the selection committee, a player has to prove his fitness and form in domestic cricket in order to make a comeback in the national squad and this will be a chance for Rohit to score some runs and send a reminder to the selectors to take him into consideration for the last two Test matches against Australia.
Mumbai will take on Andhra Pradesh and Goa on March 4 and 6 respectively.
