From Sachin Tendulkar to Virat Kohli, all sent their wishes for her but whilst all this, Virat Kohli made a gaffe and used the photo of Punam Raut, who scored a century in that game. Soon, the story went viral and Kohli was quick to take it down and then again come up with a message for her, this time though without any picture.

Later in the day, Raj too thanked the men’s skipper for the praise of word she got from him. At last though the all the efforts were in vain as Indian bowling line-up failed to defend the low total of 226 against Australia. With this loss, India also lost an opportunity of qualifying to next stage there and then. Now India has to win their next game to go in the next round. A loss there will see them crashing out of the tournament.
