India’s Virat Kohli became the fastest batsman to cross the 6000 runs in ODI’s. He achieved this in the third ODI against Sri Lanka, his 144th ODI and 136th innings. He surpassed West indian great Viv Richards’ record of 141 innings which he created in 1975. Former Indian Captain Sourav Ganguly is third in the list as he took 147 innings to reach 6000 ODI runs. South Africa’s AB de Villiers and Aussie Matthew Hayden completes the list.
