Top notch banter and some fierce sledging have always been a part of India-Australia rivalry and the ongoing four-match series is no different. Sledging and controversies have hogged all the limelight in a series which has witnessed some world class cricket.

Anyway, the sledging game continued in the ongoing fourth Test too, and this time Australia wicket-keeper Matthew Wade took the onus on himself to get under the skin of the Indian players.

He was continuously seen chirping from behind the stumps but he saved his for best Ravindra Jadeja. The India all-rounder was playing a match-turning knock in the first innings and Wade tried all the possible ploys to unsettle him. And in one such attempt, Wade infuriated Jadeja to such an extent that it forced him to abuse the Aussie player.

Here is how the exchange of words took place between the two players:

Wade: What does Mad*rch*d mean?

Jadeja: I don’t know.

Wade: You said that.

Here is a clip of that incident:

An avid sports lover, i always wanted to pursue a career in football. But just like the millions out there i did not put in the hard work needed to achieve my dream and now i have become a fan instead of the player. Anyway, writing for sports has kept me closer to this field. One more thing, yours sincerely is a die-hard Liverpool fan.
    You will never walk alone.
