Some cricketers can’t be made, they are just born. We are discussing today about such talents in cricket.

Talent is not a sudden thing which comes in an instance, rather it is reflected from childhood. Some of the International Cricketers started their career when they were young. Now we will discuss about such Cricketic talents who made debut at their initial teen age rather this is an article about the youngest test debuts in the history of the game.

  1. Hasan Raja:  Hasan Raja started his international career for Pakistan at a very early age. He made his debut when he was just 14 years old. He was a right handed batsman who was born on 11th match 1982. First he played in Pakistan vs. Zimbawae match at Faislabad. In that match, he scored 27 runs off 48 balls. The match did not go in favour of this young talent. He played 7 test matches in his career. He scored 235 runs in his test carrier with the average of 26.11 .He was an off break bowler too. But throughout his test carrier, he was unable to take a wicket.
  2. Mushtaq Mohammad:  He was yet another Pakistani player who made his debut at an early age. He was born on 22nd November, 1943. He made his debut at the age of 16 for Pakistan against West Indies at Lahore. He did not play well in his first match. He scored only 14 & 4 in both the innings . He did not get any success with the ball either. He took 79 wickets in his career. He played his last test match against the Aussies at Perth in 1979.
  3. Aaqib Javed: He was another Pakistani player who was born in 5th August, 1972. He made his debut when he was 17 against New Zealand. He was right arm fast medium bowler. He bowled well in 1st innings and 2nd innings with 3.6 & 4.3 economy rates  but he did not manage to take wickets. In his 22 matches test career, he got 54 wickets with 2.86 economy rate. He played his last match of his career against Zimbabwe in 1998.
  4. Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar: The name itself says a lot. He made his debut at the age of 16 years. He was born on 24th April, 1973. He was a right handed batsman and right arm spinner. He played 200 test matches with a batting average of 53.78. His bowling career was not bad at all. He took 46 wickets in 200 matches. He is known as Living Legend and GOD of cricket. He took retirement from cricket on 2013 after the home series against West Indies.
  5. Aftab Baloch: He was yet another young talent for Pakistan who was born on 1st April, 1953 at Karachi. He was a right-handed batsman and right arm off-break bowler. He played for Pakistan,Pakistan international airlines, etc. He was not test player element. He just played only 2 test matches. He made debut against New Zealand in 1969. He scored 25 runs in 1st innings. He played his last career test match against West Indies at Lahore in 1975.
  6. Talha Jubair: He was a Bangladeshi right handed batsman and a right arm bowler who made his debut at the age of 16 years. He scored 52 runs and took 14 wickets in his 7 matches test career. He made his debut against Sri Lanka but in this match he was not able to prove himself.
